Vince’s practice has been dedicated to product liability, toxic torts, professional negligence, fraud detection and prevention, trucking and transportation defense and general litigation.

Vince has been active in civil litigation since 1983 when he began practicing with the law firm of Deasey, Scanlan & Bender. He is the former managing partner of Marks, O'Neill, Reilly, O'Brien & Courtney, where he managed the firm's Philadelphia, New Jersey and Pittsburgh offices while continuing an active litigation practice. Vince founded the firm of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. on January 1, 2000. In 2011, Vince was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Vince was also appointed to the Board of Trustees of the University of Scranton. Vince resides in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia with his wife and five children.

Lee served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office until December 1997. Thereafter, he worked with an insurance defense litigation firm in Philadelphia until the founding of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. in January of 2000. Lee has significant jury and non-jury trial experience. He has successfully defended a variety of Appeals in both the State and Federal Courts. He has been appointed by the Court and continues to serve as liaison counsel for the Northampton County asbestos litigation.

Lee represents corporations, insurance companies and individuals in various matters including toxic tort, products liability, premises, motor vehicle and coverage litigation. He has an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating for ethical standards and legal ability. Lee has been a member of and has served on the Board of Directors for both charitable and non-profit organizations and has been recognized for his work on behalf of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Tracey is one of the founding partners of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. Her areas of concentration include toxic tort litigation (including silica, lead paint, asbestos, welding rod and benzene), and general civil litigation, including the defense of auto, dram shop, general premises, environmental, pharmaceutical, construction and personal injury cases. She was appointed as defense liaison counsel in the Philadelphia silica litigation as well as a liaison to the Philadelphia asbestos “kitchen cabinet” pertaining to Medicare issues. She regularly is a presenter for seminars involving toxic tort issues, and is a certified instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. She was elected as president of the South Jersey Claims Association for the 2006 - 2008 term. In 2011, she was named one of “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars.”

Tracey also has a strong commitment to the community. She has been placed on the Pro bono Roll of Honor because of her services provided to the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program. Tracey is a volunteer track coach for St. Malachy's grade school in North Philadelphia. As the founder and chair of "Not Just a Walk in the Park," she annually organizes a community fundraising event to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Steven served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Gabriel Krausman in the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, following his first year of law school. Before going into private practice, Steven worked for E.I. Dupont Company in its special litigation department. Steven has focused his practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. He has represented the Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan as well as numerous insurance companies and self-insured corporations. His areas of practice include premises liability, construction litigation, products liability and motor vehicle matters. He has extensive trial experience at all levels in both State and Federal Court in Pennsylvania. Steven regularly sits as a Judge Pro Tempore and an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County.
As a seasoned litigator, Steven is also a certified instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, which educates experienced lawyers in trial techniques. Widener University School of Law has requested him to serve on numerous occasions as an instructor for their students' intensive trial advocacy program. Gino served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 1989 through 1993. Thereafter, he began his practice in civil litigation serving both as insurance and outside counsel. Since 1995, Gino has practiced civil defense including automobile negligence, toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, and bad faith litigation. In 2002, Gino extended his practice areas to include commercial and general litigation as well as criminal law, subrogation and municipal court. Suzanne began her career in insurance defense concentrating in insurance coverage litigation and motor vehicle and premises liability. She also has experience handling complex insurance defense cases including medical device and construction cases.

Suzanne worked for many years with a professional liability insurance carrier serving as in-house counsel to the claim department and general counsel. In her capacity as in-house counsel, Suzanne continued to handle coverage issues and was involved in the mass tort litigation surrounding breast implants and prescription drugs. Suzanne routinely counseled physicians and claim staff regarding developments in the law and has been a speaker for local medical societies regarding the litigation process.

Olivia joined the firm in September of 2010. She focuses her practice on general civil litigation matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle liability, products liability and professional negligence. Throughout her career, Olivia has handled civil litigation matters, including defending claims of professional malpractice and claims of civil rights violations and employment discrimination under state and federal law. She has also held a clerkship with the United States Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges, where she worked on claims brought under whistleblower and immigration acts, as well as federal workers' compensation statutes.

Olivia volunteers for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, a competition in which she competed as a law student. Damian worked in civil litigation in the Media office of Swartz Campbell from 2007 through 2010. He joined Reilly, Janiczek and McDevitt in 2010.

Damian began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, New York, where he tried numerous jury trials. After several years in the Bronx, he became a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Virgin Islands handling major narcotics-related criminal prosecutions in both the Federal and territorial courts. In 2002, Damian returned to New York and prosecuted insurance fraud cases for the State of New York, under Eliot Spitzer, in the Office of the Attorney General. Damian subsequently relocated to Philadelphia and focused his practice on personal injury defense cases.

Damian serves on the Board of Directors for Widener University School of Law’s Alumni Association and the Sickle Cell Anemia Disease Association of America, Philadelphia-Delaware Valley Chapter.

Since 2003, Damian has lectured at Widener University School of Law’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. He has also served as a contributing editor to Law Rules Publishing’s, 2002 Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure a study guide for law students. In 2002, the Congressional Black Caucus of the U.S. Congress selected Damian for the “Unsung Hero” award for helping to establish a successful mentoring program for high school boys in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Josette concentrates her practice in the defense of toxic tort, premises liability, insurance coverage and general civil litigation matters. She began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County (1998-1999). Greg Hurchalla began his career in 1996 as an Assistant District Attorney in the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. In 2001, he became a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. While with the Attorney General's Office, Greg worked in the Environmental Crimes Section where he handled complex litigation prosecuting both individual and corporate offenders. In 2003, Greg returned to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office serving as a Deputy District Attorney during which time he led the Office's White Collar Crime Unit. While with the District Attorney's Office, he also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney's Office in Philadelphia. In 2009, Greg went on to join the Justice Department as an Assistant United States Attorney in Savannah, Georgia.

Throughout his career, Greg has prosecuted a wide range of cases including complex environmental and white collar cases as well as death penalty qualified homicide cases. Several high profile cases have garnered national attention, including a double homicide case featured on America's Most Wanted. During his career in public service, Greg received the Delaware County Victim Rights award from two separate crime victim organizations including Senior Victims Services and Woman Against Rape.

Greg has served on the Nether Providence Township Zoning Board. He has also taught a variety of legal and litigation related topics at two Philadelphia area universities, (Neumann University and Widener University) as well as at the Delaware County Police Academy.

Greg lives with his wife and two children in Delaware County where he is involved in coaching youth sports.

Ms. Kim grew up in the Philadelphia area and is a graduate of Julia R. Masterman High School. She continued her education at Oberlin College where she obtained her B.A. in Neuroscience. Ms. Kim continued her studies after graduating from college with additional coursework in the sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University while working full-time. Prior to law school, Ms. Kim worked as a paralegal at Pepper Hamilton LLP where her science background was a benefit while working on multi-district litigation involving medical devices as well as other health effects litigation. Ms. Kim also worked as an Editorial Associate for the American Association of Cancer Research for their medical journal Cancer Research.
