Vincent F. Reilly

Vince is a graduate of the University of Scranton (B.S., 1980) and Saint Joseph's Preparatory School (1976). He was admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and to the bar of New Jersey immediately following his graduation from the Villanova University School of Law in 1983. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Philadelphia, Camden County, New Jersey and American Bar Associations. The major portion of his practice has been dedicated to product liability, toxic torts, professional negligence, fraud detection and prevention, trucking and transportation defense and general litigation.

Vince has been active in civil litigation since 1983 when he began practicing with the law firm of Deasey, Scanlan & Bender. He is a former managing partner of Marks, O'Neill, Reilly, O'Brien & Courtney, where he managed the firm's Philadelphia, New Jersey and Pittsburgh offices while continuing an active litigation practice. Vince founded the firm of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. on January 1, 2000.

Lee J. Janiczek

Lee is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University (B.S. 1989) and obtained dual J.D./M.B.A. degrees from Widener University School of Law and Widener University School of Management in 1992. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar immediately following graduation and served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Delaware County District Attorney's Office until December 1997. Upon leaving the District attorney's, office he worked with an insurance defense litigation firm in Philadelphia until the founding of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. in January of 2000.

Lee has significant jury and non jury trial experience in both the civil and criminal arenas. He has been appointed by the Court and currently serves as liaison counsel for the Northampton County asbestos litigation. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He provides pro bono representation through the Homeless Advocacy Project of Philadelphia, is active with the Friends of the American Red Cross and is a nominee of the National MS Society Leadership Class of 2004. Lee represents a number of corporations, insurance companies and individuals in various matters including motor vehicle and premises liability, personal injury litigation, trucking and transportation defense, toxic torts, subrogation and land use/zoning related matters.

Tracey McDevitt Hagan

Tracey is a graduate from the University of Scranton (B.A. 1993) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1996). Tracey was admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey immediately upon her graduation from Widener University School of Law. Tracey is one of the founding partners of Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, P.C. Her areas of concentration include toxic tort litigation (including silica, asbestos, DES, welding rod and benzene), insurance coverage defense, auto and premises liability defense, trucking and transportation defense and general civil litigation. She has been appointed as defense liaison counsel in the Philadelphia silica litigation, and has been a speaker at Temple University School of Law regarding the defense of mass tort litigation. She frequently lectures and gives client seminars regarding the asbestos litigation, premises liability and motor vehicle liability litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a certified instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. She is a member of both the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Atlantic County Bar Association. She was elected as president of the South Jersey Claims Association for the 2006 - 2008 term.

Tracey also has a strong commitment to the community. She provides pro bono representation through the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, and is a volunteer track coach for St. Malachy's grade school in North Philadelphia. As the founder and chair of "Not Just a Walk in the Park," she annually organizes a community fundraising event to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Patricia M. Henrich

Patricia is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon University (B.S., 1994). Patricia was admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey immediately following her graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (cum laude, 1997). She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Her areas of concentration include toxic tort litigation, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle law, trucking and transportation defense and complex litigation. She was appointed by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as liaison counsel in the Pier 34 collapse litigation. Patricia provides pro bono representation to homeless Veterans through the Homeless Advocacy Project. She frequently lectures and gives client seminars regarding the asbestos litigation and motor vehicle liability litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a certified instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia.

Steven P. Cholden

Steven graduated from Clark University (B.S., 1989). Steven was admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania immediately following his graduation from Widener University School of Law in 1992. He is also an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Gabriel Krausman in the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, following his first year of law school. Before going into private practice, Steven worked for E.I. Dupont Company in its special litigation department. Steven has focused his practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. He has represented the Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan as well as numerous insurance companies and self-insured corporations. His areas of practice include premises liability, construction litigation, trucking and transportation defense, products liability and motor vehicle matters. He has tried numerous complex cases to jury verdict. Steven is a former associate of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg.

As a seasoned litigator, Steven is also a certified instructor for the National Institute of the Trial Advocacy, which educates experienced lawyers in trial techniques. Widener University School of Law has requested him to serve on numerous occasions as an instructor for their students' intensive trial advocacy program. Steven currently serves on the Philadelphia County Rules and Procedure Committee which is responsible for maintaining and altering the Local Rules of Civil Procedure. He also regularly conducts seminars for several major insurance companies and corporations on various legal topics.

Karen J. Stanzione

Karen is a graduate of Providence College (B.A., 1993). Karen was admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey following her graduation from Widener University School of Law in 1996. Karen is a member of the American, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is a certified instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. She is an active member of the South Jersey Claims Association and currently serves on the Educational Staff. Karen serves on the Board of Directors of Cuddle My Kids, Inc. Cuddle My Kids, Inc. is a non-profit organization that assists women who are being treated for breast cancer and have young children. Her areas of concentration include toxic tort litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, products liability and general insurance defense.

Gino P. Mecoli

Gino is a graduate of Boston University (B.A. 1986) and received his JD from Temple University in 1989. Gino was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar and the New Jersey bar immediately following graduation. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Gino served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 1989 through 1993. Thereafter, he began his practice in Civil Litigation as an employee of State Farm Insurance Company at the firm of Robert J. Casey and Associates. Gino moved to Marks, O'Neill Reilly and O'Brien, P.C. as an associate in 1995 where his practice included insurance defense including automobile negligence, toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, and bad faith litigation. He was named partner in 2000. In 2002, Gino joined Grimes and Grimes, LLC and extended his practice areas to include Commercial and General Litigation as well as Criminal Law, Subrogation and Municipal Court. The major portion of his practice is dedicated to civil litigation including commercial litigation, products liability, subrogation, toxic torts, premises liability, automobile, trucking and transportation defense, municipal court and products liability.

Gino has extensive jury and non jury experience. He has provided litigation services to insurance companies, private corporations and individuals. Gino served as the counsel liaison for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units. He frequently serves as an arbitrator. Gino currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Paul VI High School in Haddon Township New Jersey and has served as a Board Member for other organizations raising funds for the treatment and prevention of Child Abuse.

R. Stokes Nolte

R. Stokes Nolte graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware in 1980. He obtained his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1983, where he was a member of the Advocacy Honors Board. He is admitted to practice and has trial experience before all of the State and Federal Courts of Delaware as well as the U.S. District Court for the 3rd Circuit.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Defense Council of Delaware. Mr. Nolte has over twenty years of experience in the area of insurance defense, handling all forms of product liability, premises liability and general liability claims.

Peter L. Lejeune

Peter received his B.A. from Drew University and an M.A. from the University of Delaware in 1983. He graduated from the Washington University School of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Missouri bar that same year. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania bar. Since admission, he has practiced in the fields of general and commercial litigation, creditors' rights and subrogation. He is a former associate of the Vogler Law Firm, P.C. and Kramer & Frank, P.C. of St. Louis, Missouri.

Suzanne Turpin

Suzanne is a graduate of Douglass College of Rutgers University (B.A. 1989) and obtained her J.D. Widener University School of Law in May 1992. Suzanne was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars immediately following graduation. She is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Suzanne began her career in insurance defense concentrating in insurance coverage litigation and motor vehicle and premises liability at the firm of Timby, Brown & Timby.

Suzanne then took a position with a professional liability insurance carrier serving as in-house counsel to the claim department and general counsel. In her capacity as in-house counsel, Suzanne continued to handle coverage issues and was involved in the mass tort litigation surrounding breast implants and prescription drugs. Suzanne routinely counseled physicians and claim staff regarding developments in the law and has been a speaker for local medical societies regarding the litigation process.

Brandy L. Harris

Brandy is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., 2000) and Temple University Law School (J.D., 2003). Brandy is admitted to the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. Brandy is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. She has a background in toxic tort litigation, premises liability and motor vehicle liability.

Jennifer Axelrod

Jennifer is a graduate of Penn State University (B.S., 2002). She graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005. Jennifer is admitted to the State Federal Courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jennifer is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She frequently serves as an arbitrator. She has a background in toxic tort litigation (including silica, asbestos, and benzene), premises liability and motor vehicle liability. Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association.

Kelly B. Tait

Kelly is a graduate of Bloomsburg University (B.S. 1992). Kelly was admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey immediately following her graduation from Widener University School of Law in 1995. Upon her admission Kelly began her career in insurance defense litigation working for the firm of Marks, O'Neill, Reilly, O'Brien & Courtney. Her areas of practice include toxic tort litigation, mass tort litigation including latex gloves and prescription drugs, employment law, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes and motor vehicle liability.

Brian P. Corcoran

Brian is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A., Business Administration, 2002) and Widener University School of Law (J.D., 2006). Brian is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has a background in toxic tort litigation, premises liability and motor vehicle liability.

Anthony J. Leonard

Anthony is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A., 2002) and Widener University School of law (J.D., 2006). Anthony is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has a background in toxic tort litigation, premises liability and motor vehicle liability.

Laura Marie Nolte

Laura is a graduate of Villanova University (cum laude, B.A. 1988) and Temple University School of Law (with honors, J.D. 1991). Laura was admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania in 1991 and the state and federal bars of Delaware in 1993. Her areas of concentration include toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage defense, auto and premises liability defense, and general civil litigation. Laura is a former associate of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker and Goldfein & Joseph. Laura practices in the firm's Delaware office.

Chaim R. Letwin

Chaim is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University (B.S. 2003) and obtained dual J.D./M.B.A. degrees from The Villanova University School of Law and The Villanova University School of Business in 2007. Chaim is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Zachary D. Cregar

Zachary attended Gettysburg College, where he studied abroad in Melbourne, Australia, and graduated with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy (B.A. '03). He then attended Duquesne School of Law (J.D. '07). While at Duquesne, Zachary clerked for Judge Arthur Schwab of the Western District of Pennsylvania, and served as a senior editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal.

Christina M. Schaffer

Christina is a graduate of Mercer University (B.A. 1999) and obtained her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 2002. Christina is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. She has a background in toxic tort litigation.

David P. Lodge

David attended the University of Rhode Island, where he graduated with a degree in Psychology (B.A. '04). In 2005 He moved to Pennsylvania where he attended the Villanova University School of Law (JD '08). David is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has had the opportunity to provide pro bono representation for indigent citizens through Philadelphia VIP. David is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Brehon Law Society.

Sagar K. Shah

Sagar was born in Plantation, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S., Computer Science and Engineering, 2003) and Temple University Law School (J.D., 2007). Sagar is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He successfully sat for the New York Bar Exam and will be admitted to practice after completing requirements. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and South Asian Bar Association.

James J. Horning

James was born in Wilmington, Delaware. He graduated from the University of Delaware with an Advanced Honors Certificate (B.S., 2000) and Temple University Law School (J.D., 2007). James is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He successfully sat for the Delaware Bar Exam and will be admitted to practice in July 2009 after completing his clerkship requirement.

Erica L. Goodman

Erica Goodman was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A. 2005) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. Cum Laude 2008). Erica is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She frequently serves as a volunteer attorney for the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and received the 2008 Brennan award, the program's highest honor.

Chris McGowan

Chris McGowan is a 1997 graduate of Widener University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in psychology. He graduated from Temple School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Delaware Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. He frequently serves as an arbitrator in Philadelphia and Chester County. Mr. McGowan has litigated numerous toxic tort cases in Philadelphia's Complex Litigation Program. He has also successfully defended premises liability, motor vehicle liability and construction cases. Mr. McGowan was voted a "Rising Star" among Pennsylvania lawyers in 2008.
