Although the Law firm of Reilly, Janiczek and McDevitt, P.C. opened its doors on January 1, 2000, its lawyers have been practicing law and trying cases in the courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware for many years. While each of us takes great pride in our history of courtroom success, it is the confidence shown in us by our clients, from our firm's beginning, that has given us the most satisfaction.

Complex, multi-party litigation essentially gave birth to Reilly, Janiczek and McDevitt, P.C. Our firm represents various companies sued in long term exposure cases involving asbestos, silica, lead paint and solvents, in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Reilly, Janiczek and McDevitt, P.C. represents several different clients in thousands of cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware asbestos litigation. The firm serves as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel for three of those clients and Regional Trial Counsel for two others.

While the diversity of our practice has increased, our roots remain planted in insurance defense. Each of us obtained our first trial experiences in premises liability and automobile litigation. Beyond those beginnings, we have substantial experience in products liability, toxic tort litigation, construction litigation, legal and medical malpractice, as well as construction liability. We are quite proud of our assignment as defense counsel in the Philadelphia Pier 34 Collapse Litigation.
